Social and Community Manager
Position Overview:
The Social and Community Manager at Alluvial plays a pivotal role in building adoption of Alluvial products and the Liquid Collective protocol by driving engaging, effective campaigns. As the Social and Community Manager, you will be the voice and pulse of our brand, driving engagement across our social platforms and fostering a thriving community. You will play a crucial role in building trust and loyalty, educating users, and maintaining an active presence in the rapidly evolving staking space.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create social media content that builds audience awareness across channels including X, LinkedIn, and Telegram, and others.
- Translate marketing goals into dynamic, results-driven campaigns that attract, engage, and convert target audiences, and foster sustainable community participation.
- Craft clear, compelling content that inspires awareness and participation in new product launches, partnerships, and events through creative campaigns.
- Maintain consistent messaging and compliance-focused communication standards across multiple brands and platforms. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Business teams to ensure materials are accurate and comprehensive.
- Actively participate in discussions, answer questions, and moderate to maintain a positive and respectful community environment.
- Host AMAs, community calls, and interactive events to strengthen relationships with users and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, providing feedback to improve user experiences.
- Champion iterative data-informed approaches to achieve business objectives through marketing activities.
- As needed, collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to drive mutual growth and brand awareness with enterprise partners.
Qualifications:
- Possess an empathetic worldview, creative inclination, and collaborative spirit
- Proven experience marketing in the blockchain ecosystem, with a strong understanding of staking preferred
- A track record of executing successful social media marketing campaigns and driving community growth
