Marketing Specialist
Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist at Alluvial plays a pivotal role in building adoption of Alluvial products and the Liquid Collective protocol by driving engaging, effective campaigns. This individual will be responsible for understanding market needs, product positioning, and content generation, to ensure that our marketing execution resonates with current and potential audiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing goals into dynamic, results-driven campaigns that attract, engage, and convert target audiences, and foster sustainable community participation.
- Craft clear, compelling content that inspires action, including announcements, press releases, explainers, and social promotion.
- Create social media content that builds audience awareness across channels.
- Support the development of sales collateral and enablement, including presentations, datasheets, and case studies, to help power company growth goals.
- Maintain consistent messaging and compliance-focused communication standards across multiple brands and platforms. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Business teams to ensure materials are accurate and comprehensive.
- Champion iterative data-informed approaches to achieve business objectives through marketing activities.
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to drive mutual growth and brand awareness with enterprise partners.
Qualifications:
- Possess an empathetic worldview, creative inclination, and collaborative spirit
- Proven experience marketing in the blockchain ecosystem is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of staking preferred
- A track record of executing successful marketing campaigns, with a preference for GTM experience in B2B2C, enterprise partnership, crypto-native, or financial contexts
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience creating compelling content across multiple formats
- A proactive mindset with the ability to build an understanding of technical concepts, grasp nuances, switch contexts, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
